The following provisions apply to purchases from Essencia da Natureza:

You can come and collect your order at our premises (by appointment only) or have it sent by us to an address provided by you. We currently ship to The Netherlands and Belgium. When you spend €20,- or more the shipment is free of charge.

Every order is handled and packed with care. You can therefore be sure that with normal handling by Post.nl and other parties your order will be delivered properly. Products with a larger format are shipped with DHL for You. After registering your package with DHL for You, you will receive a message from us with your personal code for tracking your package on the Internet.

You will receive an e-mail on the day your order is posted.

Please note that the dispatch of your order is at your own risk. In the unlikely event that a parcel is lost by Post.nl, we cannot be held liable. Of course we will do everything we can to trace your package, if necessary.

Returns

In the Netherlands a statutory trial period of 14 days applies. Within this period you may cancel the order without giving any reason. You can do this in writing or by returning the products. Please return the products within the stipulated period:

Please ensure that the package is sufficiently stamped to prevent any penalty. The costs of the return shipment are for the buyer. Should the products be damaged or used, you will be charged a legally determined amount. The product must not have been used and must still be saleable. The purchase amount will be credited within 30 days. Purchases that have been specially made to order are excluded from return.

Realisation of the agreement

The maximum delivery time is 30 days unless otherwise agreed. If the delivery time is not feasible, we shall inform the consumer in good time and offer the consumer the option of dissolving the contract or agreeing on a new delivery time. Already paid amounts will be refunded within 14 days after dissolution.
